Who is a terrorist, Adam? Whoever YOU say? Or a person *proven* to have committed terrorism? Is it possible that it's NOT a fact yet, because of the innocent until proven guilty thing and the (legitimate) press understand that and is averse to printing opinion as fact?

The problem with so many people who shit on the media is that so few of them seem to have any idea what journalism does and how it works. You want headlines that reflect your biases, period. But that's just not what fucking journalism is, dude. And getting pissy about this in your ignorance is helping to undermine perhaps the single most important institution in our democracy.
I have worked on both sides of the media trade for 2 decades. And critique is clearly important for that industry here, and has been for awhile. We comment because we care.
