Nice post Adam. The old football adage "the best ability is availability" rings true again, yes it's corny and oversimplified, but if you want to get lucky you first need to be in position to get lucky. Take the sugar pill everyday and soon you might learn something about your ability to adhere to a schedule and commitment you thought impossible, and now go apply that elsewhere (ideally make it the gym, compounding benefits far greater than sugar pill, as you noted). Have a good one man
