And my objective is to increase the flow of that change undercurrent, and allow it to flow better.

I would love to read a detailed piece by you on weening off adhd meds. I still haven’t, but you inspire me to try, maybe... like how bad was it? How long did it take? Dosage walk down etc.

Very few people openly talk about this.

Many options here: you can taper off those with guidance from MD, you could take 30 days off work and do a retreat in nature and reset (there are facilities for this). I am not an MD this is not medical advise. It's still incredible to me amphetamines are so widely doled out, as if there are no tradeoffs...

God, I would so love to take 30 days off, but that sounds like a pipe dream. My MD just does the bare minimum required to deal drugs for big pharm. Need to look for a new one.
